Before you book

Policies

Deposit: New clients pay a £10 deposit when booking. It comes off your price on the day. You lose it if you don’t turn up, or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Running late: If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rebooked.
Price rises: When prices go up, existing clients keep their old price for one more visit.
Removal: Come with bare nails, or book a removal. Removal is free when you’re getting a new set.
