Who I am

This site is run by Aliyah Chapman, trading as Nails by Aliyah, Wilmslow. Contact: [email protected].

Booking

Bookings and deposits are handled by Fresha. When you book, Fresha collects your name, contact details and payment details under its own privacy policy. I can see your booking details so I can look after your appointment and send you the studio address. I don’t sell or share them.

This website

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep it secure.

If you click “That’s fine” on the cookie bar, the site also loads the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. These set cookies so I can see which posts and ads bring people to the site and whether they go on to book. If you say no, they never load. You can change your mind with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.

When you click a Book button, any ad tracking codes in the page address (such as utm or fbclid) are passed on to Fresha so bookings can be matched to the ad you came from.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. Email me and I’ll reply within a month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
